HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from kdboutiques.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
KD BOUTIQUES does not ship to any PO BOX
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Fashion Nova does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-5 business days or sooner.
Express orders are processed within 1 business day.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.
